Words cannot express how I feel Lisa Gagnon and what she has done for me and my family. no matter what time of day she was always available to speak with regarding any questions as I am a first time home buyer. she is still my mentor and I can still call her for questions and she is right there to lead and guide me through this first time home process. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy their home especially their first home because she does care about her clients. She is amazing Communicative and professional and I respect her and all the hard work that she does working around the clock .....go Lisa!!!

Lisa was very professional throughout my experience working with her. She went above and beyond due to my specific situation. She was very patient, supportive, and timely responding to my questions and concerns. I highly recommend her as a buyer's agent. I have known Lisa for a few years now and she is not only a fantastic agent but for sure one of the greatest humans I know. She has always responded to all of my phone calls and answered all my questions no matter how small the question or what time of day! I would not recommend Lisa as another seller had stated. We were buyers, and she’s licensed to sell in both RI and MA but we had to correct the offer because she was using her own paperwork that said “only valid in RI”. She was good with showing homes, but once you find one, she seems to just drop off, and by that I mean, she usually just tells you what you want to hear over and over. She missed a huge crack in the ceiling during final walk through. She offered to have her brother look at it after the close, but as a realtor who looks at the home the day of the close, she should have been looking more closely. It wasn’t hard to miss. I had told her prior to signing the P&S that I wasn’t sure about the heat as a new boiler was installed. The heat was actually coming on every 15 mins when we moved in because it was set to 212 on the low side of the boiler - water was scalding. The most important piece is we are awaiting a part that the p&s states the seller has to install. He supposedly had this part prior to close weeks ago. When my husband kept asking her the story changed from the seller having a contractor come out, to he will send the part and we have to install ourselves. Which was not part of the rider A. Anytime you ask her why the seller has not even sent the part - she states it’s because he forgot. she forgets dates. She does. It’s like we had to reach out and make sure things were being done. Definitely would not recommend as a buyers agent.

I highly recommend Lisa as an agent. She is professional and knowledgeable. She will keep you in the loop and give you sound advice because she has the experience. She listens to what you need.

Lisa has been more than patient with us during our home search! She is so accommodating when it comes to getting us into homes we want to look at, as well as guiding us through the home buying process and its intricacies. If it were not for Lisa, we would not be closing on our new home soon!

Lisa is there to work for you whether you are the buyer or the seller. I have worked with quite a few different agents and Lisa was second to none. In this case we were the buyers. She handled all our needs from start to finish since we were unable to attend the closing. My only suggestion to you , the public, is HIRE HER!!

Lisa was very helpful with the sale of our condo. She held numerous open houses, gave us sound advice, and took care of many details at the end because we had moved out of town.Lisa would respond any day of the week, during the day, and a night.
